• Torx hex screwdriver (Torx10)
• Torx hex screwdriver (Torx20)
• Phillips screwdriver
• Flat screwdriver
Preliminary steps
• Disassemble the ADF module (worksheet D12).
Disassembly
• Scanner upper assy
- Remove the mat which hide the screw (with a staple for example).
- Remove the five mounting screws.
- Remove the scanner upper assy.
• Tension motor
- Remove both mounting screws.
- Remove the scanner back door (worksheet D10).
Mounting screw
• CCD equipped with belt
- Unplug the flat bed motor, CCD flat cable & ground cable from the electronic card.
- Remove the 5 screw covers.
