OBJECT:ADF
Tools
• Torx hex screwdriver (Torx10)
• Torx hex screwdriver (Torx20)
• Phillips screwdriver
Preliminary steps
• Worksheet from D10 to D11
Disassembly
• ADF module
- Remove the four mouting screws of the ADF module (see arrows on the illustration below).
- Remove the ADF module.
- Disconnect the cable from the ADF module (use the Phillips screwdriver for the ground
cables).
- Disconnect the motor cable.
• Presence paper and cover closed sensors
- Remove the right ADF cover (worksheet D10).
- Sensor are easily visible and can be replaced after being unplug from the ADF cable.
• Start scan sensor
- Remove the ADF module (see above).
- Sensor is just under the ADF module. It can be replaced after being unplug from the ADF
cable.
• Analysis roller belt
- Remove the ADF module as describe in the procedure above.
