4. Check for TCP/IP in the Component list and whether it is configured with the Ethernet card
installed on your computer.
If TCP/IP does not appear in the Components list, install it as described in the following
section. If TCP/IP is already installed, skip the next section.
To Install TCP/IP
1. In the Local Area Connection Properties window, click Install. The Select Network
Component Type window appears.
2. Choose Protocol and click Add. The Select Network Protocol window appears.
