Platen Speed Fine Adjustment Mode

If a color misalignment occurs due to paper thickness, elasticity, slack, etc., change the platen
speed to prevent the color misalignment.
NOTES: 1. This operation is effective when "AUTO" is selected in Section 5.3.5.4 Pulse
