Check items
1 Is the scanner bedewed?
2 Is the drum bedewed or dirty?
3 Is the ozone exhaust fan operating
properly?
4 Is the ozone filter stained or damaged?

Clean it.
Wipe the drum with dry cloth.
* Be sure never use alcohol or other
organic solvents because they have
bad effect on the drum.
Check the connection of the connector.
Replace it.
