After downloading
The mailing system indicates it has to be re-started.

The mailing system is ready for use with the new software.
No information is lost during the updating process: your data and
settings remain unchanged.
Disconnect and reconnect the mailing system (see How to
Disconnect your Mailing System p.8).
After restarting, the mailing system calls the server to confirm
installation.
