• Apply THREAD LOCK to the bolts and tighten them to the
specified torque.
 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK "1342"

 Driveshaft left bearing case bolt:
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the dust seal lip and
O-ring.
• Apply THREAD LOCK to the bolts and tighten them to the
specified torque.
 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"
 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK "1342"
 Driveshaft retainer bolt: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.7 lb-ft)

Replace the O-ring with a new one.
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A" to the O-ring.
 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE "A"

Replace the O-ring with a new one.
• Install the spacer 7.
OIL JET
Removal
• Remove the piston cooling oil jets 1 from the upper crank-
case.
12 N·m (1.2 kgf-m, 8.7 lb-ft)
