DISASSEMBLY

SWINGARM BEARING
• Draw out the swingarm pivot bearings with the special tool.
 09921-20240: Bearing remover set ( 28 mm)

The removed bearings must be replaced with new
ones.
• Remove the center spacer.
CUSHION ROD BEARING
• Draw out the cushion rod bearings with the special tool.
 09921-20240: Bearing remover set

The removed bearings must be replaced with new
ones.
CUSHION LEVER BEARING
• Draw out the cushion lever bearings with the special tool.
 09921-20240: Bearing remover set (1 20 mm)

The removed bearings must be replaced with new
ones.
