Music on Hold

When you place a call on Hold or in a Park orbit, Music on Hold (MOH) can be provided to the caller so
they know their call is waiting. Without Music on Hold, the caller only hears silence. The Music on Hold
source can be from a customer-provided source or it can be an internal (synthesized) selection provided
by the UX5000.
When the internal source is used, you can choose from 3 difference options:
0 = No tone/music
1 = General music
2 = Holiday music
This option should be used only by the system administrator. When changing the internal music
source with this option, you are changing the selection for everyone on the UX5000.
To change the internal Music on Hold selection:
CALL1 8 8 1
1. + .
2. Enter the code for the desired selection:
0, 1, or 2.
You hear the MOH selected.
3. SPK to hang up.
