DS1000 Release Notes
Software version 02.10.12 corrects a potential reset problem that could occur if a UCD Extension
Hunting group used Voice Mail as the overflow destination. The reset could occur if a call overflowed
to the Automated Attendant, the caller dialed an extension, and the extension was unanswered.
Software version 02.10.12 corrects a problem in which a headset user could cause feature misopera-
tion by pressing Hold and then quickly pressing a Programmable Function Key. For example, if a
headset user busy on an outside call pressed Hold and then quickly pressed a Page key, the user could
not broadcast into the Page zone accessed.
The first line of the telephone display will now clear (restore to Time and Date) after the following
soft key sequences.

+ HF REPLY + EXIT

When assigning a Music On Hold music source to a trunk in 1003-MOH Source, pressing CLEAR
sets the option to None (No MOH). In software version 02.10.09, pressing CLEAR would cause the
second line of the display to show TANDEM TRUNK?NO SOU and the system would eventually
reset. This has been corrected.
In software version 02.10.12, off-hook ringing for outside calls will function normally at an exten-
sion using Voice Mail.
