Customize your terminal by storing features or outside lines under your Programmable Function Keys. For
example, to return a Message Waiting, just press your Message Waiting function key instead of dialing
To program a function key:

2. Select the 3-digit key code (*xx) from the following chart.
A key previously programmed with 3 digits (*xx) must first be undefined before it can be
programmed with a 2-digit code using the 851 service code.
With the DESI-Less terminals, the Line/Loop keys can be displayed on one of four display
pages. To display the page with the ringing line/loop, use the Scroll key on the DESI-Less touch
screen to change pages (however, in most cases, you can simply lift the handset to answer the
call). (Refer to the picture on page 170 for the Scroll key location.)
