Central Telephone Book

The Central Telephone Book provides each user one or two personal telephone books which can be used
to store numbers (100). Multiple extensions can be assigned the same telephone book allowing users to
share commonly used numbers.
Numbers can be stored using Last Number Dialed and Caller ID and each Telephone Book can be pass-
word protected.
Register a new telephone book to enter new data:
1. Press PROG Soft Key + Soft Key twice.
2. Press the Soft Key.

8. Enter the bin number where the telephone number is to be stored +
The number is stored and the next available bin number is automatically displayed.

1 or 2 to select the Telephone Book to register new data.
