The extension will cover any printhead repair performed within the first 90 days after the date of purchase
and extend the warranty for 90 days from the date of the printhead repair.
Any Authorized Pacemark 3410 Okidata Repair Center will honor this extension when properly dated and
signed by a certified repair technician. Please retain this for your records.
