Setting up Logical Printers
One hundred types of logical printers are available for each data format and it is possible
to set each of these individually.
The formats can be chosen from [HPGL], [Versatec], [TIFF] and [CALS].
The file numbers (logical printer numbers) can be specified within a range of 0 to 99.

Press the < > key with [SETUP FILE]
displayed.

Press the < > key with [EDIT SETUP FILE]
displayed.

Select the format (HPGL, Versatec, TIFF, or
CALS) with the use of the <
keys, and then press the <Set> key.
Press the < > key once it has been set.

Select the logical printer number (0 to 99) with
the use of the < > and < > keys, and then
press the <Set> key.
Press the < > key once it has been set.
Move the cursor to the right and left with
the use of the <
To move to the next menu, move the
cursor to the furthest position on the
right, and then press the <
return to the previous menu, move the
cursor to the left-hand side and press the
< > key.

Select the item that is to be set up with the use of
the < > and < > keys, and then press the <
key.
The parameters that can be selected will differ in
accordance with the selected data format.
