When the Authentication Feature is Disabled

Available Job Flow Sheet Operations
If you change the authentication setting from "enabled" to "disabled", delete all existing
personal job flow sheets, and create general shared and folder job flow sheets.
When the Authentication feature is disabled, the relationships between users and job flows
are as follows.
The available job flow sheet operations differ between the job flow sheets created on the
[Create Folder] under [Setup] or [Send from Folder] screens and those created on the
[Create Job Flow Sheet] screen under [Setup].
