RE-SENDING DOCUMENTS/PAGES
MEMORY AUTOMATICALLY ...
If, for any reason, your document or pages of a
document are not transmitted or are transmitted
unsatisfactorily, you can set the fax machine to re-
send either the entire document or individual pages of
the document by setting the appropriate procedure
before beginning transmission.
Proceed as follows:
1.
Make sure that the display shows the initial waiting
mode, and the date and time.

Press the FUNCTION key.

Press 8 on the numeric key pad.
8.SETUP
4.
Press the START key; the display shows:
DATE AND TIME
5.
Press the FUNCTION key until the display shows:
VARIOUS SETTINGS
6.
Press the START key until the display shows:
AUTO RE-TRAN:NO
7.
Press the START key, if you wish to exclude
certain pages not transmitted.

  
Otherwise, press the
other option; the display shows:
AUTO RE-TRAN:YES
8.
Press the START key to automatically re-send
pages not received by your correspondent during
transmission of the document.
The display will show:
RE-TRANS DOC.:NO

to show the

If you do not want any documents in memory to be
re-sent automatically, press the STOP key. The
fax machine will return to the initial waiting mode.

  
Otherwise, press the
other option; the display will show:
RE-TRANS:DOC.:YES
10.
Press the START key and then the STOP key to
return the fax machine to the initial waiting mode.
This procedure is valid only for documents sent
from memory.
