To cook FRESH vegetables e.g. carrots, cauliflower, not suitable for
potatoes. Place prepared vegetables into a shallow container on Glass
Turntable. Add 15ml (1tbsp) of water per 100 g of vegetables. Cover
with pierced cling film. Press the vegetables pad once. Press START.

To cook FROZEN vegetables. Place in a shallow container on Glass
Turntable, add 15ml (1tbsp) of water per 100 g of vegetables. Cover
with pierced cling film.
Press the vegetables pad twice. Press START.

For ROASTING assorted vegetables. Cut vegetables into even sized
chunks and toss with 45ml (3tbsp) oil. Place vegetables on Metal Tray
on Low Rack on Glass Turntable. Press the vegetables pad three
times. Press START. Turn at beeps.

For BOILING potatoes. Cut potatoes into even size pieces. Place in
Pyrex® dish. For weights above 500 g, place potatoes in a shallow
Pyrex® dish of 25-30 cm (10-12ʼʼ) diameter. Add 15ml (1 tbsp water)
per 100 g of potatoes. Cover with pierced cling film. Press the potatoes
pad once. Press START.
