Symptom
Blank pages
come out
during a
printing job.
Not all pages
print.
Only one
copy of a
multicopy,
collated job
prints.
Printer resets
or turns off
frequently.

Cause
One or more of the
toner cartridges is
defective, empty, or
missing.
The wrong media is
being used.
The printer has the
wrong kind of cable,
or the printer is not
configured for the
correct cable and
port.
The Cancel key was
pressed.
The media tray is
empty.
A document is printed
with an overlay file
that was created by a
non-magicolor 2350
driver.
The printer doesn't
have a hard disk or
there isn't enough
space on the hard
disk.
The power cord is not
properly connected to
the AC outlet.
A system error
occurred.
Solution
Check the toner cartridges. The image
does not print if the cartridges are
empty.
Check that the media type and size set
in the driver and the control panel
matches the media loaded in the
printer.
Check your cable.
Make sure no one pressed the Cancel
key while your job was printing.
Refill the tray.
Print the overlay file using a magicolor
2350 driver from the magicolor 2350
Software Utilities CD-ROM.
Add a hard disk. If a hard disk is already
installed, clear some unneeded files off
of it or add a larger hard disk.
Turn off the unit, confirm that the power
cord is properly connected
to the AC outlet, and turn the unit
back on.
