OUTPut Commands
Output commands control the output, power-on, and protection clear functions.
OUTPut [:STATe] 0|OFF|1|ON
OUTPut[STATe]?
Enables or disables the output. The state of a disabled output is a condition of zero output voltage and zero source cur-
rent.

Turns the output off: OUTP OFF
When output is enabled, the front-panel status indicator changes from OFF to indicate the operating status of the
l
instrument (CV, CC, etc.).
OUTPut:PON:STATe RST|RCL0
OUTPut:PON:STATe?
Sets the output power-on state. This determines whether the power-on state is set to the *RST state (RST) or the
state stored in memory location 0 (RCL0).Instrument states can be stored using the *SAV command. This parameter
is saved in non-volatile memory.

Sets the power-on state to the *RST state: OUTP:PON:STAT RST
OUTPut:PROTection:CLEar
Resets the latched protection. This clears the latched protection status that disables the output when a protection con-
dition occurs (see
