RealPresence Collaboration Server (RMX) 4000 LEDs

The RMX includes LEDs located on the front panel and rear panel. In the front panel, the
LEDs reflect the state of the components. The LEDs on the rear panel indicate the state of the
external connections and the status of the RTM-IP 4000 card.

LED Color Description
Green OK.
Red Warning - Fan or power failure.
Green OK.
Red Error - Problem with power supply. When the
power cable is unplugged, the FAIL LED is lit
2-3 seconds before turning OFF.
Green OK.
Red Error - Problem with power supply. When the
power cable is unplugged, the FAIL LED is lit
2-3 seconds before turning OFF.
OFF - all In case of a power failure (main/cable/
module) all LED's are OFF.
LED's
Red ON - Major error on card.
Flashes - During card startup.
Green ON - The card has completed startup
successfully.
Flashes - During card startup.
Orange Not in use.
