General problems
Power interruption during operation
Note
When power is interrupted to the binder during a print job, the book trimmings may
remain in the paper path. Perform the following steps to clear the paper path.
1. Switch off the system by pressing the power button.
2. Open the book stacker tray.
3. Check for the presence of paper cuttings/trimmings the tray.
If cuttings/trimmings are present, remove them.
4. Close the book stacker tray.
5. Run a test job to ensure that the binder performs correctly.
Adjusting the printed image and trim
If the printed book is not within the desired parameters, you can adjust the settings
from the system's UI.
Important
The various image and trim adjustment options may vary from one print server to
another. Refer to your print server customer documentation for more information on
these options and how to use them.
Fault codes
053 100
Cause: Paper jam
Remedy: Remove the jammed paper; follow the instructions displayed on the system's
UI to restart your job.
053 101
Cause: Paper jam

053 102
Cause: Paper jam
