Transfer belt motor assembly

Warning
Turn the power off and disconnect the power cord.
1.
Remove the printer unit chassis as detailed on page 97.
2. Remove the two screws securing the transfer belt motor assembly.
3.
Tilt the transfer belt motor assembly over and lift about 2.5 cm (1 in.).
Note
If the cable harness does not have enough slack to allow
disconnecting and reconnecting the two incline connectors,
remove the electrical chassis and free the harness from the run
along the right side of the main motor assembly.
Mark the two inline connectors attached to the motor assembly to
ensure proper reinstallation.
4.
Disconnect the two inline connectors.
