Paper-size sensing board

Warning
Switch off the power and disconnect the power cord.
1.
Remove the system controller board as described in the topic "System
controller board" on page 109.
2.
Remove the print engine controller board as described in the topic
"Print engine controller board" on page 110.
3.
Remove the multi-sheet bypass feeder as described in the topic
"Multi-sheet bypass feeder" on page 127.
4.
Remove the electrical chassis as described in the topic "Electrical
chassis (card cage)" on page 94.
5.
Remove paper tray 1.
6. Reaching in through the cavity left by paper tray 1, remove the screws
securing the paper-size sensing actuator. Remove the actuator.
7. Again reaching in through the cavity left by paper tray 1, remove the
screw securing the paper-size sensing board.
Note
Make note of the harness routing before removing harnesses.
8.
Guide the harness through the frame as you remove the board.
