Right shield plate
Warning
Switch off the power and disconnect the power cord.
1.
Open the front cover.
2.
Open the top cover. Remove the drum/toner cartridge basket. Cover
the basket in a lightproof black bag to protect the drum units from light
and store in a safe place.
3.
Remove the right-side cover as explained in "Right-side cover" on
page 89.
4.
Remove the screws securing the right shield plate.
5.
Remove the right shield plate.

Reverse these steps to install the right shield plate.
