Viewing the properties of a message
Every message in the system has certain properties. Normally you do not need to
know about them.
Viewing placeholders
To view the properties of a message, do the following:
1. Right-click the message. A pop-up menu opens.
2. Select Properties. The properties of the message are displayed.
Displayed properties
The following properties are displayed:

Document ID
•
Folders
•
Write-protection
•
Mailbox
•
Replied
•
Forwarded
•
Automatic reply
•
Task status
•
Original topic
•
Current topic
•
Attributes
