Sound (clicks)

In the standard setup, every time you click on a button in WebClient module,
you hear a sound (a click).
Switching off the click
To turn off the audible click in the WebClient module, do the following.
1. Click Start.
2. Select Control panel.
3. Double-click on Sounds and Audio devices.
4. Click the Sounds tab.
5. In the Program Events window, select Windows Explorer.
6. Select (none) as the sound for Start Navigation.
7. Then click on Apply.

Right mouse button (pop-up menu)

You can also use the right mouse button to access functions in the folders.
Functions
The following functions are available depending on the privileges you possess
and the status of the document.

Opening a pop-up menu
To access a function, do the following.
1. Click on a message with the right-hand mouse button. A pop-up
menu opens.
2. Select the command you require.
