Status bar
The table below shows the information that can be displayed on the status bar.

Mailbox -
The display indicates, in bold, that this is a mailbox. This is
Smith, John
followed by a hyphen and the last name and first name of the
mailbox owner.
Server status
Shows the status of the server.
Status of server
The table below shows the possible statuses of the agent groups.
LED
Color
Green
Yellow
Red
Explanation
A connection to the server exists. You can work
normally.
Limited functions: Documents (emails/SMS text
messages/faxes) can be read but not processed.
The connection to the system is interrupted. The
functionality of the UMR WebClient module is no
longer available.
