The Full-Function Remote Contlol Unil can operate
this camcorder from a distance as well as the basic
operations (Playback, Stop, Pause, Fast-Forwald and
Rewind) of your VCR. It also makes additional
playback luncdons possible.
Installing TheBatteries
The remote control uses two "AAA (R03)" size
batteries. See "General Battery Precautions"
(:_" pg, 93).
_ emove the battery compartment cover while
pushh_g up the tab as illustratecb
Insert two "AAA (R03)" size batteries h_the
correct direction.
Re-attach the battely compartment cover,

When using the remote control, be sure to point it
at the r_mote sensol, The illustlation shows the
approximate uansmitted beam effective alea for
indoor use.
The Uansmitted beam may not be effective ol may
cause incorrect operation outdoors or when the
remote sensor is dhectly exposed to sunlight ol
powerful lighting.
