Deleting Files
Previously stored flies can be deleted eithel one at a
time ol a[t at once,
Set the VIDEO/DSC Switch to ,, rtk'_-, then set the
Powel Switch to "_" while pressing down the
Lock Button iocated on tile switch. Open the LCD
monitor futly ol pull out the viewfinder fully.
°A stored image rite is displayed,
To delete the image file...
go to step 2.
To delete the video clip file....
Press SELECTonce to engage the video clip
mode, "L-CLIP" appeals. Then go to step 2,
To delete the sound effect file ....
Press SELECTtwice to engage the sound effect
mode. "D.SOUND" appeals. Then go to step 2.
Press the MENU Wheel in. The Menu Screen
appeals. Rotate it to select "1@1MEMORY" and
.press it. The MEMORY Menu appears.
Rotate the MENU Wheel to select "DELETE" and
press it. The Sub Menu appears.
TO SELECT A FILE BY BROWSING FILES
STORED IN MEMORY
Before doing the following, perform st_ps 1 thlough 3
above,
Rotate the MENU Wheel to select "SELECT" and
.press it, The DELETE index Screen appears,
Rotate the MENU Wheel to move the green flame
to the desired file that you wish to delete and press
it. An "X" appeals above the selected file,
Repeat this procedule for all files that you wish to
delete. To deselect a file, pless the MENU Wheel
again, The "X" disappears,
Rotate the MENU Wheel upward to select "EXIT"
and press it. The Deletion Confirmation Screen
appeals.
Rotate the MENU Wheel to select "EXECUTE" and
press it. The selected files are deleted and the
normal playback screen appears.
• To cancel deletion, rotate the MENU Wheel to
select "CANCEL" and press it.
NOTES:
• Protected files (_: pg, 31) cannot t;_ d_leted wilh tile
above operation. To delete them, remove protection
first.
• Once files are d_leted, they cannol be reslored.
