10. Make a copy of the T1/PRI Planner for your records and forward the
original to SDSC.
As an example, the system described in

Module 1 in slot 04 is connected to an ACCULINK 3150 CSU, which is
approximately 100 cable feet from the control unit. (The DS1 facility is
