Programming Features of MERLIN Attendant

Playing Back Announcements

You must enter the authorized caller mode before you can perform this
procedure (see "Entering the MERLIN Attendant Authorized Caller Mode").
Perform the following steps to confirm the recording of announcements:
1. Dial
You hear the announcement as it was recorded.
2. Continue programming or dial
3. Dial to disconnect.

Programming Supervised Transfer
Routes
Refer to MERLIN Attendant Planning Form F to see if the customer has
planned any supervised transfer routes.
You must enter the authorized caller mode before you can perform this
procedure (see "Entering the MERLIN Attendant Authorized Caller Mode").
Perform the following steps to program these routes:
NOTE:
If you make a mistake and want to reprogram a particular route, enter
followed by the route number (0 through 9) and dial
all programmed extension numbers for the route entered.
