3. Identify extension to assign to
calling group in any one of the
following ways:
Extension number
Slot and Port number
Logical ID number
Save your entry
To assign another telephone
to Night Service Group
To remove telephone from
Night Service Group
4. When all entries are complete,
save and return to the System
Programming Menu.
You are now ready to specify a
group type for the calling
group.
NOTE:
It is recommended that you backup and monitor the MERLIN Attendant with
the receptionist or other person as follows. Assign the MERLIN Attendant
lines/pools to the receptionist and the transfer redirect extensions (with
