Recording Announcements

Refer to MERLIN Attendant Planning Form D for the standard announcements.
The customer may elect to record these announcements in his or her own
voice or the voice of another employee.
When recording the announcement, the speaker should speak clearly, use a
normal tone of voice, and pause after each route number so that when the
message is played the caller has an opportunity to hear the number he or she
