7. Set the drive assembly on the bottom of the chassis, slightly behind the sheet metal tabs (Letter
"A" in Figure 21), and slide the drive assembly forward to engage the tabs with the hard drive
carrier.
8. Reinsert the screw removed in step 1 to attach the drive assembly to the chassis. See letter "B"
in the figure below.

Removing a Hard Drive

1. To remove a hard drive, remove the screw that holds the drive to the chassis. See letter "B" in
Figure 21.
2. Slide the drive rearward to disengage it from the sheetmetal tabs and then lift it from the
chassis.
3. Unscrew the hard drive from the bracket.
4. Store the drive in an anti-static bag.

Installing Third Hard Drive (optional accessory kit)

As an option, you can install a third hard drive into your chassis. For instructions on installing this
drive, refer to the instructions included with the third hard drive kit.
