Navigate to and then click the radio button next to the regularly-scheduled report you want to modify

(in this example, we use Activity: All - Top Destinations). Click the Query column to edit the report.
The Build Report window appears.

In the lower portion of the Build Report window, change the Time Range the report (Activity: All - Top

Destinations) covers to the duration you want it to cover.
Click the Submit button to run the report and return to the Main Report window.
