Use the no shutdown command on the Fibre Channel interface.
Step 4
switch(config-if)# no shutdown
By shutting down the interface and bringing it back up, you can determine what happens when the
connected device tries to log in to the interface.
Use the show flogi internal event-history interface command to view the events that occurred on the
interface after you enabled it again. The comments that follow each section of output explain the
meaning of the output.
