Solution
For autoduplexing, make sure that you
have a duplex option installed.
Make sure you are using correct media.
See table on Page 23 for supported
media for both standard and
custom-sized media.
Do not duplex thick stock,
envelopes, labels, postcards, or
transparencies.
Make sure that you have not mixed
media types in Tray 1.
Make sure that your document has
more than one page.
Use the printer driver to make sure that
the duplex unit is in the Installed
Options list.
In the printer driver (Paper tab, Layout
tab, or Page Setup tab, depending on
your operating system), choose
whether to print duplex documents so
they flip as on a clipboard or as in a
loose-leaf notebook.
For N-up on duplexed pages, choose
Collate only in the printer driver. Do not
set collation in the application.
Put the printer on a flat, hard, level
surface not to exceed ±1° slant in any
direction.
Remove the media tray that you are
printing from and reinsert it completely
into the printer.
Turn off the printer and remove the
object. If you cannot remove it, contact
Service. See the Service & Support
Guide or www.minolta-qms.com for the
office closest to you.
