Pull the right-side door
release , and then open
the right-side door

While pressing down the media
guide with one hand, clean the feed
roller by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
While the door is open, the paper
feed roller inside the right door
can also be cleaned. While press-
ing the paper guide down with one
hand, clean the paper feed roller
by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.

Close the media guide.

Close the right cover.

Load the media into the tray again.

Turn off and unplug the printer and disconnect the interface cable.

Open the cover of the duplex option.
