Fuses in the engine compart
ment
Before carrying out any
action in the engine
compartment, you must
switch off the ignition

No operations should be
carried out on the cool
ing circuit when the en
gine is hot.
Risk of burns.
Please note when work
ing close to the engine
that it may be hot. The
engine cooling fan may
also start at any moment. The
label in the engine com
partment reminds you of this.
Risk of injury.
Deactivate the Stop and
Start function for any op
eration performed in the
engine compartment.
Some functions are protected by fuses
located in the engine compartment
(unit C ).
However, because of their reduced ac
cessibility, you are advised to have
these fuses replaced by an ap
proved dealer.
Access to the fuse box
Unclip the clips 2 and remove the
coolant reservoir 3 .
Removing the cover C
Unclip the clips 4 and remove the cov
er C .
Refitting the unit C
Return the unit C into place and fasten
the clips 4 to ensure that the fuse box
is completely sealed.
Position the coolant reservoir 3 then
tighten the clips 2 .
Check that no water or dust
enters unit while it is being
removed/refitted.
