12.21 Emergency Stop Option 21
Emergency Stop Option 21 is based upon Emergency Stop Option 3 with a modification to
the rear door switch arrangement.

Note:
Additional software filtering can be applied when a light curtain is used for the
rear door monitoring. Ensure the latest software is installed into the PCSS-A if
required with this option. This allows for pulsing outputs that are usually
associated with some models of light curtains.
12.21.2 Level Limit Switches
The level limit switch wiring for Option 21 is identical to Option 3, as shown in
12.21.3 Emergency Stop Channels
The emergency stop channel wiring is identical to Option 1, as shown in
