To select down enable option 40 during the PCSS configuration, set the initial value for Down
Enable Option Selection Variable to 40 as described in
this option and all required outputs are initialised when the PCSS software is started.
Note:
The use of down enable option 40 is subject to risk analysis and approval from
the machine certifying body. Therefore, it must be verified as part of the approval
process, taking into consideration the machine's function.
