3.4. Installing the Intel FPGA Download Cable II Driver

The Cyclone V GT FPGA development board includes integrated Intel FPGA Download
Cable circuitry for FPGA programming. However, for the host computer and board to
communicate, you must install the On-Board Intel FPGA Download Cable II driver on
the host computer.
For installation instructions for the On-Board Intel FPGA Download Cable II driver,
refer to the Cable and Adapter Drivers Information page of the Intel website.
