Add MEP2 in the same way. Set Instance to be 2, Residence port to be 2, Level to be 0
and Tagged VID to be 3.

Click 1 and 2 separately under Instance to enter the configuration interface. Modify
MEP ID and add peer ID. See Figure 3-32 and Figure 3-33.
