Chapter 4
The Switcher Image Import/Export software allows the user to import still images,
animated clips, still logos, animated logos and custom user settings to the HS-4000 from a
laptop/PC. To use the Switcher Image Import/Export software, you should connect the
laptop/PC to the DVIP port of the switcher. You can either establish direct connection with
the switcher or use a router to network your devices. See
details of the two connection types.
Please first download the software to your PC or laptop from the product page
(https://www.datavideo.com/tw/product/SE-3200) before using this feature.
On the PC to which the software is downloaded, unzip the downloaded file then in the
unzipped folder, double click the software icon to open the program.
The Switcher Image Import/Export software has a built-in IP finder, which is designed for PCs
with multiple Ethernet cards or any DHCP network. Upon launch of the software, you will be
prompted to select one Ethernet Interface Card. Please note that the IP finder can only find
devices connected to the same network as the PC.
Once selected, click OK to start the scanning process.
Note: Please make sure that the selected interface card and the HS-4000 are on the same
subnet.
The software should connect with the switcher over the IP set up in
connection is successfully established, on the software user interface, the Connect Status will
show "Connected" (will display Not Connected if disconnected).

Home: Interface main page showing connection status and transition time settings.
