Step 2 Use a temporary ground cable to ground phase A, B, or C of LV PANEL B.
Step 3 Connect the positive pole of the insulation resistance tester to phase A, B, or C of
LV PANEL A, and connect the negative pole to the ground.
Step 4 Maintain the test voltage of the insulation resistance tester at 1000 V for 1
minute. Record the insulation resistance at 10s, 30s, and 60s, respectively. The
insulation resistance must be greater than 10 MΩ.

Step 5 After the test is complete, shut down the insulation resistance tester.
Step 6 Discharge the test loop by contacting the test points with the ground cable.
Step 7 Remove the test cables and temporary ground cable.
