faulty.

to the fan is faulty.
3. Two T/H sensors in
the low-voltage
room are faulty.
4. The communication
between the T/H
sensor and the
monitoring device
is faulty.
Warning
1. The end door of the
low-voltage room is
open.
2. The threshold
switch is faulty.
Minor
1. A fire occurs inside
the STS.
2. The sensor
generates a false
alarm.

6 System Maintenance
Suggestion
1. Check whether the T/H sensor is
faulty. If yes, replace the sensor.
2. Check whether the
communications cable between
the T/H sensor and the
monitoring device is loose,
disconnected, or damaged. If yes,
reconnect the communications
cable.
3. If the fault persists, contact your
dealer or technical support.
1. Check whether the fan is faulty. If
yes, replace the fan.
2. Check whether the fan port of the
monitoring device has a 48 V
voltage. If no, replace the
monitoring device or PSU.
3. Check whether the T/H sensor is
faulty. If yes, replace the sensor.
4. Check whether the
communication between the T/H
sensor and the monitoring device
is abnormal or whether the RS485
cable is damaged. If yes, rectify
the fault.
5. If the fault persists, contact your
dealer or technical support.
1. Check whether the end door is
open. If yes, close the door.
2. Check whether the threshold
switch is faulty. If yes, replace the
switch.
3. If the fault persists, contact your
dealer or technical support.
1. Check whether a fire occurs
onsite. If a fire occurs in the low-
voltage cabinet, switch off the
low-voltage and medium-voltage
circuit breakers immediately. If a
fire occurs in the ring main unit,
switch off the circuit breaker in
the booster station.
2. If the fault persists, contact your
dealer or technical support.
