Surge The SPD indicator is green.

Foreign object Foreign objects in the LV panels, such as tools and
remaining materials, are removed.
Residual Use the test button to verify that the circuit breaker
current circuit works properly.

Check Item Acceptance Criteria
Exterior The transformer surface is free from cracks, dents, and
scratches.
Oil leakage No oil leakage occurs on the transformer surface.
Oil The reading of the transformer oil temperature
temperature indicator is close to the ambient temperature. The
cover of the oil temperature indicator is installed
securely. The surface is clean and the glass is not
damaged. The temperature measurement loop is
complete and intact.
Oil level The reading of the transformer oil level gauge is
consistent with the oil level and temperature curves.
Pressure relief The fuse link of the pressure relief valve has been
valve removed, and the pressure relief valve takes no action.
Gas relay ● There is no gas inside the gas relay. If there is a
small amount of gas, the air can be exhausted
through the gas release plug.
● The butterfly valve is open.
