Suggestion
1. Check and download the relay
protection event records of the
ring main unit onsite, determine
the phase where the short circuit
occurs, locate the fault point, and
rectify the fault.
2. Rectify the fault before switching
on the medium-voltage circuit
breaker.
3. If the fault persists, contact your
dealer or technical support.
