    Page 5 Introduction Overview This manual covers the programming of a Avaya INDeX telephone switch with Level 9.1 software. We assume that you have experience of INDeX programming through an approved Avaya INDeX training course. This manual breaks the major features and areas of INDeX usage into separate chapters.
