Filling procedure
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
IMPORTANT: Before fi lling the tank,
make sure the water drain lever (L) is on
"CLOSED".
Open the water tap (B) to fi ll the well at least

up to the minimum level indicated.
Emptying procedure
Turn the water drain lever (L) to OPEN " to

drain the water from the tank.
IMPORTANT: Empty the well com-
pletely after use.
IMPORTANT: The water drained
from the appliance must pass through a
suitable drain line, resistant to a tempera-
ture of at least 100°C.
The steam produced when the well is
drained must not come into contact with the
appliance (see also connection diagram at
back of manual).
If the safety thermostat trips, the appliance
needs to be reset to the initial working condi-
tions as follows.
Let the water cool down of 30-40 °C

Open the hatch (A).
2)
Press the button (B) of the safety thermostat
3)
to restore the electricity supply.
Close the hatch (A) once the operation is

complete.
